Timeless Tuesday #222
Hi everyone. Our Timeless Tuesday challenge this week is being hosted by Deborah and she's challenging us to make a card/project with a "summer days" theme. Summer is my favorite season so I was excited about this one.
For my card, I used my most favorite Flourishes set; Wild For Watermelon. It's such a fun set! The watermelon was stamped on classic white CS in Memento tuxedo black and colored Copics from my Dogwood, Green Grass, and Warm Neutral Collections. The main image was die-cut with a Spellbinders blossom die and popped up on foam tape. The green patterned paper and wide pink ribbon are from my Prairie Chic 1-2-3 Create Kit. It's finished off with some pink twine and machine stitching.

Timeless Tuesday #221
Hi all! It's a BUTTERFLY theme for this week's Timeless Tuesday Challenge. Loooooooove butterflies so I was really excited about this one! :)
I stamped three butterflies from Old Tea Rose with Memento cocoa onto classic ivory CS. They were then colored with Copics from the Dogwood Collection, cut out by hand, and popped up on foam tape. The patterned paper, ivory crochet ribbon, and the pink rhinestone button are from my Prairie Chic 1-2-3 Create Kit. I added some pink twine and Stickles to the butterflies to finish it off.

Timeless Tuesday #220
It's Timeless Tuesday and Broni is our hostess. She's picked a color challenges for us this week....blues and greens....ahhhhh, love blues and greens together!
For my card, I used one of the stamp sets from Flourishes' April release, Bees and Blooms. The flower is stamped in Memento bamboo leaves on classic white CS, the sentiment is stamped in Memento tuxedo black, it's die cut with a Spellbinders blossom die, and popped up on foam tape. The patterned papers, denim ribbon, and green plaid ribbon are all from the new Prairie Chic 1-2-3 Create Kit. Some "crazy stitching" with my sewing machine and some adhesive pearls finish it off.

Timeless Tuesday #219
Hello Flourishes fans! Color Throwdown #240
Helloooo and happy hump day to you all. :) Broni has some yummy colors for us this week for the Color Throwdown. Here they are...
Fun, right? I haven't used Ballet Blue and Apricot Appeal in so long (and I LOVE those colors!). Here's my card using another one of those sweet cats from Whimsy Stamps...
The layout is Deconstructed Sketch #99, the Wisteria scallop circle is up on foam tape, and I added Stickles to the butterfly and polka dots on the cat's bow. Papers are Seen and Noted by Pebbles.

Timeless Tuesday #218
Hi all! Ally is our hostess for this week's Timeless Tuesday challenge and she has a really fun one for us; one where depending on your birthday month, you have a different set of elements to add to your card/project. Hop on over to the FTTC blog for all the specifics and I hope you can join us.
Here's my little 4.25" square note card using a sentiment from Old Fashioned Florals:
My birthday month is July so my challenge was to add banners and buttons or brads. The banners are up on foam tape over the twine and I added some pale yellow heart brads.

Color Throwdown #239
Hi everyone. Barbara is our hostess for this week's Color Throwdown and she picked some very soft, springy colors for us. Check it out...
Here's my card...
The sentiment, die-cut grass, and kite are from MFT stamps; the clouds are from Lil' Inker Designs. The kite was stamped onto the peach patterned paper, then I stamped a second one onto Barely Banana, cut it out and popped it up on foam tape. I added some pink twine bows and adhesive pearls to the kite string. The clouds are also up on foam tape.

It's stamped on classic white CS in Memento tuxedo black and colored in with Copics (Leaf Green, Cool Neutral, Water, Burnt Orange, and Buttercup Collections as well as an E00). The lacey Spellbinders frame is up on foam tape over the main image, and the stamped sentiment is also up on foam tape. Papers are Farmhouse Fair Skies.

Color Throwdown #237
Hi all! It's Color Throwdown time and Tammy is our host this week. Here are the colors she picked...

Dies and stamps are by Lil' Inker Designs. I'm so excited to finally have the rainbows and clouds dies, and I think I'll get a ton of use out of the balloon dies....I'm always in need of birthday cards. In my opinion, pretty much EVERY stamp set on the market should include at least one happy birthday sentiment. Every. Single. One. JMO though. Some of the balloons and clouds are are on foam tape for dimension.
