Hi everyone!Isn't this image adorable?? I love it! It's from the new Sarah Kay Collection II, and it's available at Stamper's Dream! So is the Urban Prairie DP and the gold adhesive-backed gemstones.
I also added some Candle Light Shimmerz paint to the yellow bows and the key in the puppy's mouth.

Stamps: Sarah Kay Puppy Love
Paper: Blue Bayou, Canson 120 lb Watercolor Paper, Urban Prairie DP, Cryogen White Shimmer CS (on inside of card)
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black, Blue Bayou, Close to Cocoa, Creamy Caramel, Basic Brown, Blush Blossom, Apricot Appeal, Pink Pirouette, Soft Sky
Accessories: Hero Arts Summer Mixed Gems, Candle Light Shimmerz Paint, PTI Summer Sunrise Satin Ribbon
Technique: Watercoloring with Reinkers and a damp watercolor brush
