TSG Altered Magnetic Frame

Hi everyone! Every Friday, the TSG team members take turns making a project with something that costs one dollar (or less) and the tutorial gets posted on Jessica's blog. Yesterday was my turn! Since I used a picture of my little cutie pie, I wanted to post it here too.

My project is a $1 magnetic frame that I got in the Target $1 bins and it's decorated with my TSG Flowers of Happiness stamps. Here's what the finished frame looks like:

I went with pink and orange colors to match what my daughter was wearing in the picture. I love this sweet picture of her. It was taken last June at a picnic with her mommy-and-me preschool class. I had her dressed in pink for the picnic, and then when we got there they had all the kids put on these orange t-shirts that they had made in class.

Here's what the magnetic frame looked like when I bought it along with the uncropped picture:

I just turned it over and traced it onto some DP (the back side of the DP):

Next, I cut it out and glued it onto the front of the frame with some sticky strip:

That's it, easy peasy and ready to be decorated!
