Wisteria!

Yahoooooooo, Wisteria is now at Stamper's Dream and I'm beyond excited! I've been anxious to get this paper in my hands ever since I saw it on all the blogs during CHA. I needed me some gooooood purple/blue DP (why is purple DP so hard to find??), and I think this stuff is gorgeous. Thank you, Basic Grey!



The layout is today's Timeless Tuesday Challenge #13...a sketch challenge from Cindy Haffner. The adhesive pearls on the sentiment were plain white, I colored them with a V15 Copic marker. The matted squares and the main matted circle are up on 1/16" foam tape.

Ink: PTI Plum Pudding, Craft Black, Perfect Plum, Certainly Celery, Wild Wasabi, Bordering Blue , V15 Copic
Accessories: Clear Embossing Powder, Circle Nestabilities, Spellbinders Double-Ended Tag, Kaiser Craft White Pearls, PTI Plum Pudding Ribbon, 1/16" Foam Tape
Technique: Watercoloring, Heat Embossing, Dry Embossing

    GORGEOUS Denise!! Love those soft colours and your pretty coloured image!! I always forget to colour my embellishments with a copic, thanks for that reminder ;)

    I agree...purple PP is tough to find...that's why I jumped all over the Penny Lane (MME) paper when I found it at my LSS. Beautiful card Denise and I love how you colour the pearls to match! :)

    I'm just loving this one! Purple is the best color to begin with, but what you've done with this dsp and sketch is amazing! oh my, this is just GORGEOUS!! I have to try this sketch, it's awesome!

    Denise, your card is just yummy! I adore the many layers, so carefully crafted and cut to precision. Just this morning, on my way in to work, I admired tree after tree covered in Wisteria. Your card is the icing to my morning drive.

    This is a homerun Denise! I'm a purple freak too along with loving everything that Basic Grey comes out with. So, are you saying that you only need to buy white pearls now that you have all the copics? It really is neat that they color up so nicely so you can match them to any color you want. If only my Prismacolor pencils were so versatile:))
