Hi all! This month Julee will be hosting the challenges on Our Creative Corner, and this week she has a sketch for you. Check out the OCC Blog for the sketch, samples from the OCC team....and there's a giveaway! {smile}
Here are links to the individual blogs as well where you'll find all the details on the cards that the girls made this week: Amy, Cindy, Dawn, Jennifer, Julee, Laurie, and Lynda. Our special guest this week is Alma de la Rosa.
This week I used my Penny Black Xmas Knit stamp that I got at Stamper's Dream. Michelle has a bunch of cool Penny Black stamps in her inventory. So cute!! This one has been sitting here for a couple months just waiting for ink and I finally got a chance to use it. I bought it for the Chick-Lit gallery on SCS months ago, but it just didn't make it into that gallery. It's colored with Copic markers and I added some Frosted Lace Stickles to the white parts of the hat and stocking.
The Xmas Knit stamp, Olive May Arts Ribbon, and Frosted Lace Stickles are all available at Stamper's Dream.
I added the same Wassail striped DP to the inside of the card along with some paper piercing, and I stamped one of the sentiments from SU's Frosty set.
RECIPE ~
Stamps: Penny Black Xmas Knit, SU Frosty
Paper: PTI Select White, SU Always Artichoke, SU Kraft, Wassail DP
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Copics: E51 Milky White, E33 Sand, E35 Chamois, R02 Flesh, YR15 Pumpkin Yellow, Y38 Honey, R59 Cardinal, W7 Warm Gray
Accessories: SU Mat Pack and Piercing Tool, White Felt Snowflake, Wassail Glazed Brad, Olive May Arts Ribbon, Frosted Lace Stickles
