SC241 Boo-tiful Friend

Here's a card I made for yesterday's SCS sketch challenge with my OCL Ghostly Greetings set. The scallop rectangle is up on foam tape, and I added some adhesive-backed bling to the sentiment, the hair bow, and up at the top of the card.
