Simple Pleasures

Whoooo-hoooooo! Kevin Harvick won the Bud Shootout last night. Very exciting! Okay, back to card talk {smile}...



Laurie Schmidlin (who is such a huge inspiration to me) always does the coolest things with angles so I thought I'd give it a try today on the layout for my card. The Vanity Table and Fill Your Day stamps are by Impression Obsession and they're available at Stamper's Dream. I added some silver Stickles to the earrings on the table and on the mirror.

  5. Love the angles...will have to try that out sometime! I thought my DH and I would be able to see the Bud Shootout but FOX decided that storm pics were more important -GRRRR!! Had to read about it online instead...just not the same! Glad you're happy that Happy won! :-)

  8. Hey Denise - congratulations on Kevin winning last night - what an exciting race. What did you think of how Danica did? It was amazing to see her come from the back to finish up in 6th spot. I can tell it's going to be an exciting year - HURRAY !!!
