Material Girl Millie

Good morning! I'm back with another Millie the Mouse card and paired her up with my Material Girl DP (hence the goofy title of my post, lol!). The layout was yesterday's Card Patterns Sketch 66. The sentiment and scalloped rectangle are both up on foam tape. Millie was stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa and colored with a combination of Copic markers and Prisma pencils.

You can find a whole bunch of MFT stamps, Cosmo Cricket papers, and Memento inks at Stamper's Dream.

Here's a peek at the inside.....

....I think I need to get myself a new scallop edge punch or find a way to fix mine. Looks like it's doing something funky to some of the scallops.

Hope you're having a great holiday weekend so far.

  27. Oh what an adorable card. That sweet mouse image just makes me smile.
Sorry about your punch. Although I've never tried it yet, I've heard that using your punch on aluminum foil several times will sharpen it and that using it on wax paper will help it move easier. Worth a try maybe if you are thinking of tossing it anyway?

For your punch use some good aluminum foil and try to punch it several times...this should sharpen the edges!!! Good luck!!! Hugs ~S~
