Merry Christmoose!

Thanks for all the nice comments yesterday. The day was definitely harder on me and DH than it was on Kara. She did GREAT on her first day and loved it.....told me last night that she couldn't wait to go back. Yay!

Here's a sample card I made for CHA with OCL's new Merry Moose set. I LOVE moose (I have several moose decorations that I put out at Christmastime and one large one that stands at the top of my steps all year long...yeah, sorry, I got sidetracked there) so as soon as I saw this set, I couldn't wait to color him up!



The moose is colored with Copic markers, the scallop circle is up on foam tape, and I colored the white snowflake brad with a BG13 Copic marker.

    Your book mark is soooo cute. But, your daughter is beautiful. There is nothing wrong with shedding tears at this momment. It is when a mothers relinquishes and mojority of our children's day to another, not an easy thing to do. Blessings to you and your family!

    Gosh! I soooo love that paper! The colours are stunning and that moose ... he is simply hugable! Love this one Denise! I was here yesterday ... but my computer was being temperamental ... and wouldn't let me add a comment. I wanted to give you a big hug ... and remind you that Kara would be home in the afternoon. We feel so sad to see them go ... but each night they come home to us! And ... they continue to do that for MANY years to come! But ... believe me ... I know exactly where you are coming from. My youngest (Sandy - age 12) was my "oh no! Skye is off to school next year ... and I don't want that part of my life to be over" BABY! sO ... i AM COMPLETELY HOPELESS! So glad she enjoyed it.     So cute.. I love moose to but only the ornaments.. I have a mom and baby moose that have visited me for the last 2 springs and I don't like them in my yard lol.. I will stick with the stamps. :)
