OCL Sketch #42



Hi all! I've had this Pat the Good Dog image colored up for a while now...finally got around to making him into a card. The layout is today's sketch #42 on the OCL Blog. I added some glitter pen accents to Pat's white spots, and popped the main scalloped oval and clouds up on foam tape.
