OCL Challenge #68

The girls on the OCL Blog posted a CASE Challenge for this week. I chose to CASE this beautiful wedding card by Lori Tecler using Bird and Groom again.

The circle and scallop circles are up on foam tape. An extra bell was stamped, cut out, and also popped up on foam tape. Here's a close-up...

Thanks for stopping by and have a GREAT day!
