The card measures 5" x 7". The stamped image is from Penny Black and it was colored with Copics...and of course, I added Stickles on different parts of the image. :)
In case the recipe is too small on your screen and you're interested, here it is:
2 cans chunk light tuna, drained of water
2 tbsp relish
1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Measure out five 1/4 cup servings. Calories per serving = 104 (1.4 g fat, 4 g carb, 3 g sugar, 18.1 protein, 0 fiber).
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great day!

This is so cute!!! I love the image you added to this recipe card, and the recipe sounds great! I tried adding some plain greek yogurt to my tuna salad a while ago, but my DH has more refined taste buds and hates it! LOL

ReplyDeleteOh, this sounds really good. We use Fage non fat plain Greek yogurt - good stuff. Love the recipe card.
ReplyDeleteOooh, yoghurt in there sounds wonderful. Great colouring!!
ReplyDeletetotally precious addition to your fabulous recipe file
ReplyDeleteThis is a gorgeous recipe card. To be honest, if you dont tell it is a low fat recipe people dont notice and happily eat it. It is when you tell them, they say it. low fat yoghurt and low fat soft cheese are often substitutes in low fat recipes. Try a low fat recipe on the other half, but dont tell him. tell him it is a full fat version.
ReplyDeleteNow this is the cutest recipe card I have ever seen. I love the way you colored it up and the little scallop above the recipe just makes it pop.
