CTD231 birthday butterflies

Hi all! I'm back with a card for this week's Color Throwdown, which is being hosted by Mz. Broni.  Check out these F-U-N colors!!....


Here's my card...


The layout is from the Retro Sketches Blog (Challenge #52...I chose the middle sketch). The butterfly die and sentiment are by Verve. A total of six butterflies were die-cut and layered up in pairs with foam tape. Here's a close-up...

  3. Denise I just love how you did the butterflies 3 dimensional and then wrapped the twine for atennas! Adorable! The embossing is such a great idea too!
