This week is Impression Obsession Week at Stamper's Dream. Today Dawn, Michelle, Cindy, Amy and I have projects to share with you. For my card, I used my Celebrate clear set. The balloons were stamped in Memento Black, colored with Copics, I added some Stickles in random areas, and then stamped some extra small hearts on the MME Little Boy Blue DP. Those three green hearts were cut out and popped up on foam tape. The pink matted panel behind the main image is also up on foam tape.

This may seem silly - but thank you for the reminder that this Top Notes die does not have to be used only with plain paper - This card is awesome with the DP matting at the back and those added hearts on the balloons. Fantastic.
