Turtles and Sunflowers

It's Monday, gang...back to the grind, huh? Well, that is if you're in an area that hasn't been hit by snow and you can get to work. Anyway, hopefully these sweet little Playtime turtles will brighten your day. They make me smile. I just love their patchwork shells. It's a Rachelle Ann Miller stamp and you can get it at Stamper's Dream.

The Neenah White CS, Impression Obsession Mini Messages sentiment and Stickles (added to the flowers and swirls) are also available at Michelle's store. I colored two images, cut out the shells from the second image, and popped them up on Dimensionals. The punched sentiment circles are both up on Dimensionals as well. The layout is Mojo Sketch #68.

Here's the inside of the card:

I also wanted to show you a card I made for last Tuesday's SCS color challenge using some great Northwoods Sunflower images that Tosh stamped for me (thanks so much for taking the time to stamp these for me!!). Wow! these two pretty cards just brightened my snowy day today! At least I can think spring while looking at these, instead of looking out the window and seeing that white stuff coming down!
Beautifully colored and designed - I too am fond of those Northwoods stamps and wonder why I don't own more of them! TFS

Both of these are beautiful, I love the turtle, and love the second one, love how you used square embossed pieces. Well we got a lot of snow here RI, it took me 2 hours to shovel myself out, now I am debating if I should go in to work :).
