Poinsettia

Here's a card I made for Kim Teasdale's Dare to Get Dirty Challenge (note: the link will only show up for you if you're an SCS Fan Club Member).

The Large Poinsettia by Holly Berry House was stamped four times on watercolor paper with black craft ink, heat embossed with clear EP, watercolored with my new 815 Tombow Marker (I've been wanting to try these markers for a long time, finally went and bought a couple..I like 'em!) and some Angel Wings Shimmerz paint. The bottom layer of the poinsettia is glued down with regular adhesive, the three layers above that are each up on foam tape. White Kaiser Craft Pearls were added to the center of the top layer.

SC236 First Feathers

Hi everyone and thanks for all the supportive comments about my new fitness program. I appreciate the support more than you know! It's been a crazy week getting used to journaling everything I eat and fitting in the extra workouts with Elaine (trainer), but it's going GREAT so far. I'll keep you posted on my progress.



Here's a card I made for SCS Sketch 236 using Holly Berry House and Whiff of Joy stamps from Stamper's Dream. The teal scalloped mat is up on foam tape and some Platinum Stickles were added to the bird.
